Made in the traditional style by Jemez potter Joyce Lucero, this delicate storyteller figurine showcases a seated woman and two children. The woman sits with her legs bent and feet in the same direction, two boys seated upon her lap. One boy holds his hands to his mouth while the other holds a small plate painted in black and white designs. The woman rests with her head tilted slightly upward, cheeks rosy, eyes expressive, and mouth open, a turquoise necklace and bracelets painted around her neck and wrists, respectively. 3 1/8″ tall x 2 1/2″ wide x 3 1/8″ deep.
