Carved entirely from deer antler, this impressive fetish by Zuni artist Lewis Malie depicts a deer. The deer stands atop a thick base, its body facing forward and head turned, topped with intricately carved antlers. In many Native American cultures, the deer is considered the embodiment of gentleness. 4 1/8″ tall x 1 3/4″ wide x 1 5/8″ deep.
