Description

Carved entirely from soapstone varying off-white to tan, this impressive fetish by Michael Coble showcases a large dolphin bordered on one side by a coral reef and adorable turtle.  The soapstone contains black striations mostly concentrated along the top center, where the dolphin’s fin is, and its eyes are inlaid with turquoise.  In many Native American cultures, dolphins are considered friendly, trusting and loyal.  1 1/2″ tall x 2 5/8″ wide x 3 1/2″ long.
