Description
Green and blue turquoise, along with jasper, has been carved into three wolves in this delicate, traditional stone fetish by Zuni artist Daisy (Natewa) Leonard. The wolves graduate smaller in size from left to right, the green turquoise wolf the largest, followed by the jasper wolf, then the blue turquoise wolf. The three wolves are bound together by a clam shell and green turquoise heishi medicine bundle. In many Native American cultures, the wolf is considered a teacher, pathfinder, protector, and hunter. 5/8″ tall x 1″ wide x 2″ long.
