Description

Created by well-known Zuni potter Anderson Peynetsa, this gorgeous jar features a white body painted in black and red with a row of deer with heartline surrounding its center, along with sweeping weather patterns along the top.  Each of the deer is painted black, the heartline in red running from mouth into body, all deer facing the same direction.  Cloud and rain patterns expand along the top of the piece along the neck and above the inflection, creating dimension and adding interest.  The base of the piece is painted black.  6 3/4″ tall x 9″ wide.
