Description

Handmade by Laguna potter Myron Sarracino, this beautiful, large jar showcases some familiar designs in the squared off tularosa and fine lines, and incorporates a new element: the water bug.  Myron hand painted reoccurring patterns along nearly the entire surface of the piece, the water bugs incorporated between fine line and tularosa patterns , their heads comprising triangles and their bodies, whirlwinds.  The rim of the piece is painted solid black and the base is left white.  9 1/4″ tall x 10″ wide.
