Description
Showcasing multiple traditional patterns including corn, feathers and weather designs, this stunning wedding vase was handmade by Jemez potter Geraldine Sandia. The piece showcases red, buff and black coloration, the buff cutting across the piece on a diagonal, adding dimension. Corn stalks are pained along the body on each side of the piece, while flowing feather patterns appear in red along both the buff and black portions. Rain patterns flow down from the openings of the vase, and the red along the piece’s body is finished with a lovely stone polish, while the red along the handle is left matte. 10″ tall x 5″ wide x 4″ deep.
