Description

One child, a bear, a racoon, an owl and a ladybug sit along a log in this adorable, unique figurine by Jemez potter Chrislyn Fragua.  The log, thicker along its horizontal portion than its vertical, is etched to give it texture, with a ladybug beginning to crawl up its vertical portion, at the top of which an owl sits.  A racoon clings to the side of this vertical portion, while a bear sits next to a child along the horizontal portion, the child holding a book entitled “Wild Life is Amazing.”  The racoon is painted grey, buff and black, the owl, buff and black, the bear, brown and black, the ladybug, red and black, and the child in red and grey clothing with black accents.  4 1/8″ tall x 4 1/2″ long x 2″ wide.
