Description
Seven red spiny oyster shell pieces combine to with sterling silver to form a cross in this unique pendant by Navajo silversmith Sheena Jack. A round piece of red spiny oyster is set at the cross’s center, with one stone atop it, one on each side, and three additional stones extending downward. All stones are set in simple sterling silver bezels while the round stone is surrounded by sterling dots, and the three below it are separated by additional sterling dots. Bail of the piece is stamped with scallop and dot designs on front and back. 3 1/8″ long including bail x 1 3/8″ wide.
