Six El Dorado turquoise stones combine with coral and sterling silver to form this impressive, large dragonfly pedant by Navajo silversmith Shawn Cayatineto. Each of the turquoise and coral stones is set in a simple sterling silver bezel, the turquoise pieces mostly green in color and containing brown matrix. The turquoise stones run down the body and tail of the dragonfly, while rectangular coral pieces dot the large sterling silver wings. The edges of the brushed sterling wings are stamped with scallop patterns, while sterling rope pattern antenna protrude from each ide of the head. The piece is finished with a large bail showcasing scalloped edges and both hand stamp and repousse work from front to back.
