Description

Turquoise, coral and sterling silver combine to form this gorgeous, traditional squash blossom necklace with some contemporary twists.  Turquoise and coral pieces alternate beneath more structured, angled sterling blossoms along the necklace’s double sterling beaded strands, while two coral pieces and one turquoise piece dot the naja, or horseshoe shaped centerpiece.  Each stone is set in a sawtooth sterling silver bezel, and the naja comprises two unadorned sterling bands on the outside with a sterling rope pattern in the center.  The necklace’s two strands merge into a single strand of beads about halfway toward each end, and matching earring mimic the blossoms along the necklace, set with only turquoise stones.  Necklace cannot be laid flat from end to end due to positioning of the naja along the double beaded strands.  Necklace measures 15″ from top to bottom, for an approximate total length of 30″.  Necklace is finished with a hook and eye closure.  Earrings measure 1 7/8″ long including French hook x 3/4″ wide.
