Description
A single, oval piece of blue-green turquoise rests at the center of a sterling silver shank in this vintage Navajo cuff bracelet, made around the 1950s. The stone is set in a simple sterling silver bezel and surrounded at the base by a sterling silver rope pattern, while each side of the stone is bordered by an applique sterling heart also showcasing repousse dots. The edges of the shank along the curve are scalloped and stamped with scallop patterns, while the ends of the cuff beyond the thrice split portion at center are stamped with various triangle, arrow, and fine line patterns. The piece has aged with a lovely patina along the silver, giving it character and added value. 3/4″ wide with an inner end to end measurement of 5 3/8″ and a 1″ opening. Cuff is slightly adjustable.
