Description
A thick piece of blue Kingman turquoise containing large portions of brown matrix is carved into a frog in this incredible stone fetish by Zuni artist Nelson Yatsittie. The frog’s eyes are inlaid with small jet circles, while the rest of the piece is entirely turquoise. In many Native American cultures, the frog is considered the bringer of rain, fertility and abundance. 1 7/8″ tall x 2″ wide x 1″ deep.
