Description

Carved entirely of black marble and featuring an inlaid sunface in turquoise, coral, jet, and white mother of pearl on each side, this beautiful bear fetish was created by Zuni artist Delbert Gasper.  The bear is beautifully etched to allow the white under portion of the black marble to show through, in various geometric patterns including fine lines, triangles, dots, and starburst patterns around each sunface.  In many Native American cultures, the bear represents strength, introspection, healing, and the spiritual journey. 2 1/8″ tall x 1/2″ wide x 3 1/4″ deep.
