Description
Carved entirely from turquoise, this traditional bear fetish was created by Zuni artist Bernard Laiwakete. The turquoise has been left in its natural, nugget state, featuring divots and tan matrix on both sides, its back arched into a hump and head bowed close to the ground. In most Native American cultures, the bear represents strength, introspection, healing, and the spiritual journey. 2″ long x 7/8″ wide x 2 1/2″ long.
