Prolific Acoma potter and painter Paula Estevan created this stunning, intricate seed pot entirely in black and white. The thin walled, handmade piece showcases black and white zigzag and fine lines, alternating in vertical bands along the entirety of the piece. Zigzags in this case represent lightning, while fine lines in Acoma culture most often represent water, or rain. The piece is painted from top to bottom, and bears Paula’s signature underneath. 4 3/4″ tall x 6 1/2″ wide.
