Navajo carver Arvin Morris created this colorful badger kachina out of cottonwood. The piece showcases a brown and white painted body, the lower half covered in white leather painted in black, red, turquoise, and brown. leather accents in blue and red cover its legs, feet, and arms, while feathers surround its neck and head. The piece holds a leather bow in one hand, and a turquoise painted rattle in the other. 11 1/2″ tall x 5 3/4″ wide.
