Jemez potter Laura Gachupin, daughter of Marie Romero and granddaughter of Persingula Gachupin, created this absolutely beautiful, traditional wedding vase. The piece, created in the melon style, features diagonal, swirling and flowing lines etched along the bottom half, giving the piece movement, depth, and dimension. The simplicity of the buff color of the piece allows the melon style to pop, and the wedding vase is finished with a gorgeous, streak free stone polish. 11″ tall x 6 1/4″ wide.
