Description
Featuring hand painted panels alternating with one red and one buff polished panel, this small, beautiful bowl was created by Jemez potter Helen Shendo. One of the piece’s painted panels features a corn stalk and various feather and weather patterns, while its opposite is painted, also in black, grey, and red, with additional feather and weather patterns. Each alternating portion is stone polished to a high shine, and the piece is finished with a scalloped rim. 3 1/8″ tall x 3 1/2″ wide.
