Description
Created by hand by well-known Jemez potter BJ Fragua, this stunning jar features a recognizable melon style and showcases a stunning red stone polish and removable lid. The piece narrows at both top and bottom, its bulbous middle with discernable indentions, giving it the melon shape, while the entirety of the jar is beautifully and expertly stone polished to a high shine. Removable lid is also bulbous, but left plain. 8 1/2″ tall with lid. 7 3/4″ tall without lid. 5″ wide.
