Description
Showcasing traditional designs of kiva steps, feathers, lightning, and rain, this beautiful polychrome jar was created by Acoma potter Loretta Joe. Crafted and painted by hand, the piece showcases each of the aforementioned designs in black, white, red, and orange, with black fine lines representing rain. The rim of the piece is painted solid black, while the base is solid orange. 5 5/8″ tall x 6 1/2″ wide.
