Description
A single, oval piece of bumblebee jasper varying black to white to yellow and light brown in color creates the body of a large butterfly in this impressive handmade pendant by Navajo silversmith Miranda Willie. The stone is set in a simple sterling silver bezel, while the butterfly’s wings, head, antennae and limbs are made entirely of sterling silver. Each large wing features gorgeous applique work including dots, flower patterns and bands forming scrollwork, while the head is a single, larger sterling dot with stamped circular eyes and thin sterling bands protruding from the top, forming antennae. 2 5/8″ long including bail x 3″ wide.
