Description
Handmade by Jemez potter Chrislyn Fragua, known for her beautifully detailed storyteller figurines, this lovely piece showcases a seated woman and three children. The woman rests with legs outstretched, all three children in her lap, with one girl standing in the center, another girl seated, and the last girl laying on her stomach. The standing child holds a clay basket, while the seated girl holds a blanket over her shoulder, and the final child reads a book. All figurines are positioned with mouths open, the woman’s cheeks rosy, with a lovely skirt billowing out over her lower half. 5 1/4″ tall x 4 1/4″ wide x 5 1/4″ deep.
