Featuring her typical fun and delicate details, this beautiful seated storyteller figurine with two children was created by Acoma potter Judy Lewis. The woman sits with her legs outstretched, hands holding a pottery bowl in her lap, and one child resting on each arm on either side of the bowl. The woman and both children are painted with expressive eyes, the woman’s mouth open and the children smiling. Lady bug accents dot the bowl, while a butterfly rests on one of the buns on either side of the woman’s head. An additional, delicate detail, a bird, rests on one of her outstretched legs, and each figure is painted in a combination of red, orange, green, black, and peach. 3 3/4″ tall x 2 3/4″ wide x 3 1/2″ deep.
