Description

An adorable, seated bear figurine is dotted with twelve almost impossibly small bear cubs in this adorable storyteller by Cochiti/San Felipe potter Dena Suina.  The bear rests with legs outstretched, its arms resting on its lap and mouth slightly open.  A bear cub rests on each shoulder, while six more sit and stand within her arms, two sit on her lap, and one each rest at the feet.  The bear is painted in black and cream, with a gorgeous reoccurring feather pattern whirlwind painted along the back, while each of the cubs is also painted in black and cream.  4 7/8″ tall x 2″ wide x 4″ deep.
