Seated with her legs and feet straight out in front of her, a woman holds four children in micaceous blankets in this gorgeous, traditional storyteller figurine by Jemez potter Diane Lucero. The woman tilts her head back, her mouth open and cheeks rosy, holding three children in her arms, with one upon the back of one shoulder, his arms around his sibling. Each of the children are wrapped in micaceous blankets, sparkling brilliantly and painted in black and red geometric designs. The woman wears black and red clothing with turquoise accents, along with a painted turquoise necklace along her neck. 5 1/4″ tall x 3 3/8″ wide x 4 3/8″ deep.
