A seated black bear is flanked by three bear cubs, one of whom holds a fish and another who holds a piece of pottery with honey spilling out in this adorable figurine by Carol Lucero Gachupin of Jemez Pueblo. The large bear features a single butterfly on one shoulder, while a bear cub flanks the other, and two more bear cubs sit beneath each arm. One of those cubs holds a grey and buff fish, while the other holds a traditional piece of pottery in its lap, golden honey spilling out of the rim and on the bear’s paws. A ladybug is showcased on one of the larger bear’s legs, and each bear is painted in red accents. 6 1/2″ tall x 4″ wide x 5″ deep.
