Showcasing his recognizable Tularosa design repeated along the widest part of the piece, this gorgeous jar by Laguna potter Myron Sarracino is a true work of art. Myron, one of the few potters still producing out of Laguna Pueblo, takes inspiration from old Tularosa designs as well as those passed down from his family, and this piece is no exception. Large, rounded tularosa designs surround the widest part of the jar, alternating between solid black lines and black and white fine lines, the fine lines representing rain. The piece also showcases various step and cloud patterns, the cloud designs painted in red. The rim of the piece is painted solid black, while the base is left entirely white. 9 1/4″ tall x 7 1/2″ wide.
