Coral and sterling silver combine to create these delicate Navajo kokopelli earrings. Each earring features textured sterling silver making up the kokopelli’s body, while unadorned sterling makes up the head and flute. A single coral piece set in a simple sterling silver bezel rests at the hump of each kokopelli’s back. The Kokopelli is best known as a fertility deity, usually depicted as a humpbacked flute player. Like most fertility deities, Kokopelli presides over both childbirth and agriculture. 1 3/8″ long including French hook x 9/16″ wide.
