Description

Concentric circles of beautiful blue-green turquoise stones create a beautiful cluster along with sterling silver in this traditional bolo tie by Navajo silversmith Ophelia Moses.  A single, larger, round stone rests at the center. surrounded by a thin sterling silver rope pattern, followed by a circle of tear drop shaped turquoise pieces.  This, in turn is, surrounded by another thin sterling rope pattern, while the bolo is finished with another circle of tear drop shaped stones separated by tiny, applique sterling dots.  All stones are set in sawtooth sterling silver bezels and most stones contain portions of brown matrix.  Sterling bolo tips are stamped at the top with scallop patterns.  2″ diameter.  Bolo measures 21 1/2″ from top to bottom.
