Description
Set with both turquoise and spiny oyster shell in varying colors, this lovely Navajo made pendant depicts a butterfly. The wings of the butterfly are set along the edges with blue and green turquoise along with purple and red spiny oyster shell, all in simple sterling silver bezels and separated by small appliqued sterling dots. The remainder of the pendant showcases appliqued sterling star patterns, as well as elongated sterling silver repoussed diamond shapes and two sterling bands protruding from the purple spiny head, forming antennae. 2 5/8″ long including bail x 2″ wide.
