Description
A traditional bear and feathers combine in this incredible pendant by Navajo silversmith Sammy Smith, inlaid precisely with multiple stones in various geometric and traditional designs. Both bear and feathers are inlaid with a base of jet, along with charoite, coral, turquoise, and sterling silver dots. The bear features both an arrow and yei pattern, while the feathers are inlaid only with geometric designs. Inlay work along the feathers is surrounded by a sterling band stamped with fine lines and cut out to make the feathers more apparent and life-like, while the bail of the piece also showcases a triangle inlaid with the aforementioned stones. 4″ long including bail x 1 13/16″ wide.
