Howlite, turquoise, sterling silver and gold fill combine to create this stunning necklace by Navajo silversmith Rosita Singer. Rosita, wife of late, well-known Navajo silversmith Tommy Singer, took up the mantel of his work after his death and continues to create jewelry in Tommy’s signature style. This necklace features three strands of small, round Howlite beads dotted with turquoise discs as well as sterling cylinders and discs dotted with appliqued sterling dots, which lead up to larger cylinders showcasing both sterling silver and gold fill overlay in step patterns. A single strand of larger Howlite beads emerges from the top of each of the cylinders, also dotted with larger turquoise discs. 30″ from end to end.
