A single, oval Howlite piece surrounded by minimalistic sterling silver comprises the majority of this traditional bolo tie by Navajo silversmith Betty Begay. The stone, white in color and containing portions of grey matrix, is set in a simple sterling silver bezel and surrounded at the base by a thin sterling rope pattern, followed by a sterling band stamped along the sides with scallop patterns. Sterling bolo tips are stamped with a row of fine lines toward the top. 1 3/4″ long x 1 3/8″ wide. Bolo tie measures 18 1/2″ from top to bottom.
